In terms of thrifting, I found my dress and heels about a year ago in a Value Village and my purse a few months ago. I think this look is safe to wear to brunch, but still enough for dinner. I recently had the privilege to visit the U.S. and while I was there I visited Ulta for the first time. Let me tell you, I think my heart stopped. In all seriousness, it's a lot harder to find NYX cosmetics in Canada. So naturally, I went buck wild. If you're curious as to what I'm wearing on my lips, it's NYX's Soft Matte Lip Cream in 05 Antwerp. I hope this inspired you.

I hate to say this but everything I'm wearing is firsthand. You can tell I was definitely feeling a Coachella/Osheaga vibe in this look. I'm absolutely in love with festival looks for the summer. My dress is actually from a Coachella line by H&M, so it definitely suits the theme. When I bought it, the fringe was about a foot longer. I'm very short, so it'd probably suit a taller than average person better. (If you're interested in knowing how I shortened it, I just cut the fringe to the desired length and brought them over a small flame to seal the thread.) My dress and sandals were the only items thrifted in this outfit. This was just a simple and quick outfit. I have found a new love for dresses like this. It was relatively hot through the middle of the day and because I wore a loose dress, I stayed nice and cool. That's all and until next time....
